MEMBERS BADGE DRAW
By participating in the Weston Workers Club Members Badge Draw, entrants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Promotion Details

  • The Members Badge Draw is conducted every Friday and Sunday night at Weston Workers Club.
  • The jackpot commences at $5,000 and increases by $100 after each unsuccessful draw.
  • The maximum jackpot amount is $8,000.

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to all current financial members of Weston Workers Club aged 18 years and over
  • All financial members automatically receive one (1) entry into each badge draw.
  • Members must be present at the time their name is called to claim the jackpot.
  • Members must present either their physical membership card or digital membership card upon claiming the prize.
  • Employees and Board members are not eligible if they are on shift. If they are attending the club socially they are eligible.

Draw Process

  • One eligible member will be randomly selected during each badge draw.
  • If the selected member is present and able to provide a valid physical or digital membership card, they will win the advertised jackpot amount. The winning member has 3 minutes from the time of the draw to present their physical or digital card to the raffle desk.
  • If the selected member is not present at the time of the draw, the jackpot will jackpot and increase by $100 for the next scheduled draw, up to a maximum of $8,000.
  • Once the jackpot reaches $8,000, it must be won on the next scheduled draw night.

$8,000 Maximum Jackpot Conditions

  • If the jackpot reaches the maximum amount of $8,000, eight (8) winners of $1,000 will be drawn.
  • All winners must be present at the time their name is called and must present a valid physical or digital membership card to claim the prize.
  • If a selected member is not present, a redraw may occur until all prizes are claimed.

Second Chance Draw

  • Members whose names are called but are not present at the time of the draw forfeit their claim to the jackpot prize.
  • If the drawn member is not present a second change draw will take place.
  • To gain an entry into the second chance draw members swipe their card at the entry kiosk during the day of the raffle, then place the slip into the entry box provided.

General

  • The Board of Weston Workers Club controls the Members Badge Draw and all decisions are final.
  • The badge draw format, jackpot structure and prize pool cannot be altered or amended until the current jackpot has been won and the jackpot has been reset.
  • Weston Workers Club reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and membership status.
  • Weston Workers Club reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
  • Any fraudulent activity or misuse of membership cards may result in disqualification from the promotion.
  • Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

CHASE THE ACE
By participating in Chase the Ace, entrants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Promotion Details

  • Chase the Ace is held every Thursday night after 7:00pm at Weston Workers Club.
  • The jackpot commences at $2,000 and is a rolling jackpot increasing by $200 each week until won.

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to all current Weston Workers Club members aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees of Weston Workers Club and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.
  • Members must be present at the time of the draw to be eligible to try their luck at chasing the ace.

How To Enter

  • Members will receive one (1) entry into the draw when swiping their membership card between 5:00pm and 7:00pm every Thursday.
  • Members will receive one (1) additional entry for every $10 spent on eligible purchases at the Bistro, Bar or Raffles during the promotional period each Thursday.
  • Eligible purchases must be completed between 5:00pm and 7:00pm on the night of the draw.
  • Multiple entries permitted based on eligible spend.

Draw Process

  • One eligible entry will be randomly drawn after 7:00pm each Thursday night.
  • The selected member will have the opportunity to choose one card from the Chase the Ace board.
  • If the Ace is selected, the member will win the jackpot amount displayed for that week.
  • If the Ace is not selected, the revealed card will be removed from play and the jackpot will increase by $200 for the following week.

Prize Conditions

  • Jackpot prize must be claimed immediately on the night of the draw.
  • If the selected member is not present when announced, another entry may be drawn.
  • Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

General

  • Weston Workers Club reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and membership status.
  • Any fraudulent activity or misuse of membership cards may result in disqualification.
  • Weston Workers Club reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

END OF MONTH DRAW
By participating in End of Month Draw, entrants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Promotion Period
The End of Month Draw is conducted monthly, with entries resetting at the conclusion of each monthly draw. This structure of the End of Month Draw commences 1st September 2026.

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to current financial members of Weston Workers Club aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees, directors and management of Weston Workers Club are not eligible to win.
  • Members must present a valid Weston Workers Club membership card when requested.
  • Members must be present within the club at the time their name is drawn to claim their prize.

How to Enter
Members can earn entries throughout each calendar month by:

  • Swiping their membership card each day they visit Weston Workers Club. One (1) entry will be awarded per day, regardless of the number of visits.
  • Receiving one (1) bonus entry for every $20 spent on eligible purchases throughout the club during the promotion period. Eligible spend is cumulative and does not need to occur in a single transaction.
  • Participating in nominated Bonus Entry Promotions or Double Entry Days as advertised by Weston Workers Club. Any bonus entries awarded during these promotions will be automatically applied to the member’s account.

No paper entry tickets will be issued. All entries are recorded electronically.

Prize Pool
The total monthly prize pool is $2,000 and consists of:

  • 1 x $1,000 Prize
  • 2 x $250 Prizes
  • 5 x $100 Prizes

Prize values and quantities may only be amended at the discretion of Weston Workers Club.

Draw Details
The End of Month Draw is conducted on the final Sunday of each month at Weston Workers Club.

Prize draws will take place at the following times:

  • 4:00pm – Two (2) winners of $100 each
  • 4:30pm – Two (2) winners of $100 each
  • 5:00pm – One (1) winner of $100
  • 5:30pm – One (1) winner of $250
  • 6:30pm – One (1) winner of $250
  • 7:00pm – One (1) winner of $1,000

The Club reserves the right to alter draw times where operationally required.

Claiming Prizes

  • Winners must be present within Weston Workers Club when their name is announced.
  • If a winner is not present when called, the prize will be forfeited.
  • Forfeited prizes will be re-drawn until claimed unless otherwise determined by Weston Workers Club.
  • Prize winners are required to provide identification and their valid membership card before claiming their prize.

General Conditions

  • Entries are not transferable between members.
  • Entries have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed.
  • Unused entries do not carry over into the following month.
  • Weston Workers Club accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or incorrectly recorded entries due to technical or system errors.
  • By participating in the promotion, members agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any reasonable directions provided by Weston Workers Club.
  • Weston Workers Club reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any member who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  • Weston Workers Club reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
  • The Club’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy
By entering this promotion, members consent to Weston Workers Club collecting and using their personal information for the administration of this promotion. Winners may be photographed or have their first name, surname and suburb published on the Club’s website, social media channels or other promotional material unless prohibited by law.
